The Pilot Boat, Lyme Regis is looking for a Commis chef / Chef De Partie to help the Head Chef/Sous run the kitchen. The successful applicant will be passionate about fresh food and ideally have worked in a high-volume food operation.

Expected hours: No more than 48 per week
